Creating a social media campaign
- Platform strategy & target audience definition: Defining the core messages and visual direction specifically for Instagram (visual-driven) and Facebook (information/community-driven).
- Visual content creation: Conceptualisation and design of platform-specific formats (Reels, carousel posts, Stories and static feed posts) in vector or pixel format.
- Editorial & campaign planning: Creation of a cross-channel content calendar, including planning for public holidays and promotional campaigns.
- Copywriting & Storytelling: Writing captions and calls to action (CTAs) tailored to the target audience that encourage interaction.
- Technical setup & optimisation: linking accounts, setting up Facebook Business Manager and optimising profiles (bio, highlights, legal notice link).
- Community Management & Engagement: Actively managing comments and messages, as well as interacting with relevant accounts to increase organic reach.
- Meta Ads Management: Planning and implementing ad campaigns via Ads Manager (targeting, budgeting and A/B testing).
- Hashtag & keyword strategy: Researching relevant tags and SEO keywords to improve discoverability across social media platforms.
- Reporting & Performance Review: Monthly analysis of key metrics (reach, engagement rate, follower growth) and identification of opportunities for improvement.
- Meta Business Suite: Training on how to use Meta Business Suite to plan posts independently and manage news.
